【特点】 成菜后,肉丝细嫩,金针菇滑润爽爽口,软嫩适口,咸鲜微辣。

【原料】

主料理瘦猪肉眼00克,雪菜场00克(罐头装腔作势听)。辅料 四川郫县豆瓣酱油5克,柿子椒50克,酱油20克,料酒厂0克,精盐、味精、水淀粉及植物油各适量。

【制作过程】

1、把猪肉适当切丝,用少许精盐、料酒和水淀粉浆上;雪菜3厘米长切段;柿子椒择洗干净,适当切丝;用精盐、味精、料酒、酱油和水淀粉对汁。 2、锅烧热,放油适量,把肉丝下锅炒散,再把豆瓣酱放入煸炒,待出香味,随即把市子椒、雪菜一同下锅稍炒,烹入对好的汁,炒熟即可。
