原料:
鹌鹑蛋10个,青椒1个,老南瓜200克
辅料:
生姜1片,盐8克,味精3克,白糖3克,水淀粉少许
做法:
1.鹌鹑蛋煮熟去壳,老南瓜去皮去子切块,青椒切片,生姜去皮切片。
2.烧热锅放油,放入生姜片、鹌鹑蛋、南瓜、青椒片、盐炒至八成熟。
3.调入味精、白糖、盐稍炒,再用水淀粉勾芡,炒至汁浓时出锅入碟。
tips:
血胆固醇高的孕妇不宜多吃鹌鹑蛋,但是可以多吃些鹌鹑肉
