做法:鸡蛋打散,南瓜泥中加入面粉、盐、鸡蛋、泡打粉和成面团,醒面后秆成面坯,抹上猪油,撒上葱花,卷成卷,秆成长条薄面坯,用压模压成圆片,面片上再刷蛋液,上撒芝麻;烤盘内涂油,放上圆面片,150-180度10-15分钟。
