用料:南瓜1个(500~1000克重),蜂蜜60~100克,冰糖30~50克
做法:南瓜洗净,在瓜顶上开个洞,挖去一部分瓜瓤,装好冰糖与蜂蜜,盖好,在容器内隔水蒸1小时即可
用法:早、晚两次吃完。连吃一周。
功用:可防治哮喘。
