补充资料:南瓜芋泥饼
1.到超市里买肉处要肉皮,一般一次给一大袋.
2.回来煮锅开水, 把皮带肉(带一堆肥肉,这时候处理起来特别难)稍微洗下放到锅里煮,最好拍块姜. 到大概变硬了熟的时候捞出来泡冷水.
3. 努力把皮后面的所有肥肉弄掉,这时候挺好弄的. 然后洗干净,切小片, 2-3cm见方. 太多猪毛的扔掉,有点也无所谓,后面也一样要扔. [ 相约加拿大:枫下论坛 rolia.net/forum ]
4.皮放锅里,加葱,姜, 蒜头,八角,一大锅水煮开, 放小火, 煮到汤浓稠, 我是煮三个小时左右.
5. 把皮全部过滤扔掉, 把青豆,马蹄碎, 胡萝卜碎,玉米粒放汤里煮酥,加盐, 倒容器里冷却,最好放冰箱. ( 颜色的分布跟汤浓度有关,我这次做的刚好青豆的密度比汤大, 胡萝卜小,所以最后出来是下绿上红)
6. 吃的时候切了装盘(刚从冰箱里拿出来的时候是脆的,放久了就软了). 调料看个人喜好
