【性状】
本品为桃红色冻干块状物，易溶于水。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品1 支，加水5ml 使溶解，取1ml ，照细胞色素Ｃ溶液项下的 鉴别(1) 项试验，显相同的反应。 (2) 取含量测定项下测定后的溶液，照细胞色素Ｃ溶液项下的鉴别(2) 项试验，显 相同的结果。
【检查】
酸碱度 取本品，加注射用水使溶解成每1ml 中含3mg 的溶液，依法测 定（附录Ⅵ H），pH值应为6.0 ～7.5 。 无菌 取本品，分别加氯化钠注射液制成每1ml 中含1.5mg 的溶液，依法检查 （附录Ⅺ H），应符合规定。 热原与过敏试验 取本品，照细胞色素Ｃ溶液项下的方法检查，应符合规定。 活力 照细胞色素Ｃ活力测定法测定（附录Ⅻ B），不得低于90.0％。 其他 除装量差异不检查，应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
取本品3 支，各加磷酸盐缓冲液（见细胞色素Ｃ溶液项下）适量使 溶解，分别移至100ml 量瓶中，用上述磷酸盐缓冲液稀释至刻度，照细胞色素Ｃ溶液项 下的方法，自“加连二亚硫酸钠约15mg”起，依法测定。每支含量均应符合规定；若有 1 支不符合规定，另取3 支复试，均应符合规定。
