原料:鸡茸、松仁、白糖、黄酒、葱姜、淀粉、鸡蛋、味精、茄汁。
制作方法:将买来的鸡茸洗净后放入绞肉机内绞两次使之呈肉糜状,然后将黄酒、葱姜、调匀的淀粉和捣碎的鸡蛋、盐、白糖放入其中调匀,然后把调好的鸡茸放在水中煮开待用。接着在洗净的油锅内放入油,等油热后放入松仁煸熟,再将煮熟的鸡茸放入其中一起煸,等烧熟后放入茄汁和味精即可。
特点:鸡茸和鸡蛋蛋白质含量丰富,容易吸收,番茄汁维生素含量高,为营养丰富的美食。此菜鲜美润口,红白相衬。
适合年龄:适合 1 岁半以上的幼儿食用。
