原 料:
乌鸡1只、生姜20克、大枣20克、枸杞子10克。
做 法:
1.将乌鸡宰杀,煺净毛,开膛,去内脏,洗净;将大枣、枸杞子洗净;生姜洗净去皮,拍破。
2.将大枣、枸杞子、生姜纳入乌鸡腹中,放入炖盅内,加水适量,武火煮开,改用小火炖至乌鸡肉熟烂。
3.汤成后,加入适量精盐调味即用。
功效:
枸杞子具补精气、坚筋骨、滋肝肾、抗衰老之效,经常食用可强身健体。补血扶羸。适用于产后贫血、体质虚弱。
