为研究枸杞酒的耐缺氧、抗疲劳功能,应用保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法,对饮用枸杞酒的小鼠进行耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用测定,结果表明:枸杞酒可显著延长小鼠游泳时间和在缺氧条件下的存活时间,降低小鼠剧烈运动后血乳酸水平,减少肝糖原的消耗,说明枸杞酒具有提高机体机能、增强机体耐缺氧、抗疲劳的作用。
