制作
1.将红薯洗净去皮切丁,用淡盐水浸泡10分钟,以杀死红薯中的氧化酶,捞出红薯丁蒸熟。2.将蒸熟的红薯丁放于搅拌机内搅打成蓉状后,放入糖和油搅拌均匀。
3.最后放入即溶吉士粉充分搅匀,冷冻待用。
