食 材:卤肉1块,蒜末200克,辣椒末50克,生菜叶3片。

调 料:盐2茶匙。

原料采买:卤肉可以买超市现成的酱肉,肥瘦相间最好。

做法:

1.卤肉切小块后放在洗好的生菜叶上。

2.把蒜末和辣椒末炸成金黄色后用盐调味。撒在卤肉上面即可。

烹饪心得:也可以在步骤2中适当加一些芝麻和面包碎,这样会让其更香脆诱人。

特点:“避风塘”原为香港铜锣湾的一处水湾地名,是当地渔民出海后靠岸回家休整的地方,多年来已在香港颇有知名度。“避风”有回归休养之意,“塘”为水集之处,水即财,意为财聚之地。
