补充资料:猪肉榨菜

猪肉150克,榨菜100克,麻油50克,料酒10克,葱姜末适量

制作:

1.将猪肉洗净,切成丝;榨菜洗净,切成丝。

2.炒锅放麻油,旺火烧热,加肉丝煸炒至八成熟,加入葱、榨菜丝同炒。

3.最后放入料酒、姜末,同炒至熟即成。

tips:

含有脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物、钙、磷、维生素、尼克酸等营养物质,可有效预防癞皮病、小儿软骨病、佝偻病。

注意:榨菜本身含有盐分,故做菜时不要加盐。
