     形态特征:十字花科芸苔属一年生草本植物,株高40厘米左右。叶开展,呈椭圆状,长35厘米左右,宽20厘米左右,浅绿色,叶缘波状,叶柄基部膨大,有突起物数个。膨大茎淡绿色,椭圆形,纵茎12厘米,横茎10厘米。总状花序顶生,腋生,花淡黄色。长角果条形,内有球形种子数粒,种子紫褐色。
    生境分布:我国长江以南地区栽培较多。
    用途:常见蔬菜之一,一般腌制成咸菜较多,亦可炒食。球茎有清热解毒之功效。
