制作:
1.糙米饭盛於碗中後,倒扣於盘上备用。
2. 红萝蔔、白花椰菜、绿花椰菜洗净并切小片, 柳松菇洗净,全部以加盐的沸水烫熟後涝起沥乾备用。
3. 调味料a调制成玉米粉水备用。
4. 取锅注入200cc的水煮开後,放入作法2的材料及调味料b搅拌均匀,慢慢倒入玉米粉水芶芡後盛起淋在作法1上即可。
