原料:
糙米2杯、南瓜1/2个(约600克)
辅料:
盐1茶匙
做法:
1. 糙米洗净,加水3杯浸泡1小时,连同浸泡的水放入电锅,外锅加水1杯,煮饭。
2. 南瓜去皮洗净、切丁,10分钟后拌入米饭中,同时加盐调味,略微拌匀再煮。
3. 待电锅开关跳起,再焖片刻即可盛出食用。
tips:
糙米一定要泡水再煮,否则不易煮透。
也可改用一般白米或糯米,但糙米的营养价值较高。
除了南瓜,也可以添加鸡肉或其他肉片同煮。
