材料:小南瓜1个,排骨50克,豆豉5克,盐、葱段、姜片、酱油各少许。
做法:南瓜1/3处削开盖,掏出内瓤。排骨斩小块,加豆豉、盐、葱段、姜片、酱油 腌制20分钟。夹出腌好的排骨放入南瓜盅内,上锅蒸熟。排骨尽量挑选肋骨部位的小排,小排蒸出来香。
