补充资料：酒酿蒸红蟳
做法为姜洗净后切出四片薄片，先用油略炸；红蟳于锅中略炒热。一锅水烧开后，加入炒红蟳的油；红蟳加入酒酿于其上后开始蒸约三十分钟即可。这道菜的红蟳只是略炸，过油沾点锅气后蒸熟，大幅减少热量摄取，酒酿可帮促进消化。
