主料：切面
辅料：猪油、黄瓜丝、葱、姜
调料：盐、鸡精、酱油、白糖、料酒、桂皮、大料
烹制方法：
1、坐锅点火放入少许猪油，下桂皮大料炸出香味，再放入葱姜煸炒，加入料酒、酱油，白糖、盐、鸡精，倒入高汤烧开后转小火煮20分钟；
2、将煮好的汤汁倒入碗中，坐锅将面条煮熟捞出沥干水分，放入汤汁中拌匀，撒上黄瓜丝和葱末即可。
特点：面筋斗，味独特。
