[材料]
白米饭100克瘦肉50克辣白菜30克生菜2片
鸡蛋2个
[调料]
油酱油料酒盐味精葱花
[做法]
1辣白菜切成丝;生菜洗净;瘦肉洗净切成丝;鸡蛋打散放入少许盐搅匀.
2锅内倒油烧热,倒入鸡蛋液摊成蛋皮,出锅后晾凉切成丝.
3锅内放油烧热,加入切好的肉丝料酒酱油盐味精煸热.
4将蛋皮丝白米饭辣白菜丝葱花倒入锅中拌匀,倒在生菜上即可.
