主料
黄芽白4两(约160克),西兰花、芥兰、芽菜、鲜草菇各2两(约80克),珍珠笋4条,红萝卜、鱼露适量。
做法
1、先将所有材料洗净,分别切好,将鲜菇、西兰花及珍珠笋出水。
2、起镬多加一点油,炒黄芽白、芥兰和红萝卜,再放入鲜菇、西兰花、珍珠笋及芽菜同炒,最后以鱼露调味即可食用。
备注
不宜将蔬菜切得太粗,要能配合火路为宜。
