原料: 原 料：
主料：水萝卜250克。辅料：白糖25克，葱5克，醋3克，香油2克。
制法: （1）水萝卜削去毛根洗净，去表皮，切成丝，放入盘中。
（2）将葱洗净，切成丝，也放入同一盘中。
（3）将白糖、醋、香油撒入盘中拌匀即可。
特点: 酸甜爽口，别有风味。
