豆豉鲮鱼是主料

豆豉鲮鱼30克、鸭肾150克、生姜、葱各10克。

调味料:

花生油30克、盐5克、味精10克、胡椒粉少许、湿生粉适量。

制作过程:

1、豆豉鲮鱼切粒,生姜去皮切末,葱切花,鸭肾去外皮切花(成球状)。

2、烧锅下油,放入姜末,豆豉鲮鱼炒香,加入鸭肾球同炒至八成熟。

3、待鸭肾球快炒熟时,再调入盐、味精,撒放胡椒粉翻炒数次,用湿生粉勾芡撒上葱花即成。
