According to the talent need to Jilin s economy development and well-off society building,we use statistical methods to allow for the talent supply and demand s statistical analysis of the survey,in which a scientific judgment is made in the basic tendency.
根据吉林省经济发展和小康社会建设对人才的需要,我们运用统计学方法对全省人才供给与需求进行了调查统计分析,同时对吉林省人才供给和需求的基本趋势,作了科学的判断,总的来看的人才需求略大于供给,人才总量不足,特别是高层次人才不足是今后一个时期的首要问题,最后针对存在的问题,提出了对策和意见。

forecast of qualified personnel
人才预测(fo reeast of qualified personnel)人事管理工作的环节之一，指对未来人才需求的预测，对人才的数量、专业、职业结构、文化结构等方面的预测。大约是从20世纪50年代末开始的，当时美国实行“教育先行”政策，规划在1960一1970年间要大力发展高等教育，提前对那时的可能入学的青年数和大学的招生数都作了预测，为后来的安排部署提供了依据。不久，日本在制订国民经济十年倍增计划时，主张“现在的教育，十年后的工业”，强调加强工程师培养，也进行过类似的人才需求预测。 (张锋撰杨永明审)
