主料:鸡腿肉

烹制方法:
1、将鸡腿肉制成鸡排,加入盐、柠檬汁腌制片刻,再沾上面粉,裹一层鸡蛋液后沾匀面包糠,逐个制好后入锅炸成金黄色即可捞出;
2、将奇异果、草莓分别切成小粒,放入容器中,加入酸奶、白糖搅拌均匀;
3、将炸好的鸡排切成条,装盘后淋上酸奶水果即可。
