用料:鸡蛋3粒,肉碎100g,水1碗,青葱粒1大匙。
做法,肉碎放些胡椒粉,鸡晶粉,少许酱油,半大匙青葱粒,1小匙蚝油,搅拌,将鸡蛋和水轻轻搅和,别搅出起泡,取大碗,将肉放入,再把鸡蛋倒入,烧滚蒸笼的水,将大碗放入蒸笼,用小火蒸10分钟或至熟,取出撒些酱油,滴一两滴麻油和葱油就行了。
(#蒸蛋时不能用大火蒸,不然蒸蛋表面就不会光滑了。打鸡蛋时要轻搅,尽量不要起泡,不然蒸蛋表面也会不光滑。)
