补充资料:鲜菇鲍贝扒津白
主料: 津白12两(480克),鲜冬菇8只,鲍贝、清鸡汤各1罐,蒜头2只,姜4片,熟金华火腿蓉1汤匙。
配料: 芡汁:菜汁1杯,生抽1茶匙,麻油及胡椒粉各少许,生粉3/4汤匙。
做法: 1、津白洗净,切3寸长段;鲜冬菇去蒂;鲍贝隔净罐内水分;蒜头及姜切片。
2、清鸡汤煮滚,放下津白煮至软,倒出菜汁作芡用。
3、烧热2汤匙油,爆香蒜片及姜片,加鲜冬菇及鲍贝略炒,即倒入芡汁,煮滚后淋于津白上,撒些火腿蓉即成。
备注: 1、制作时间:30分钟
2、分量:4人
3、罐装鲍贝不宜煮过长时间,否则肉质变韧。
