This paper discusses the transformation process of the theory of moral civilization to the theory of delighting one s mind.

The three thoughts include Moral Suasion,Violent Struggle and Legitimat e Reform Strategy.

Valuable functions of moral education in combating corruption and promoting honesty;

Laying stress on the moral education,culturing t he humanistic spirit of working hard,keeping good relation with the mass,making ratio nal contribution,and possessing th e life -long ideal,etc.

However,no one wanted to chose martyrdom in Qin Dynasty by the Taoism,which is norms of adjusting the people s behaviors,and the moral education was neglected,which caused the moral degeneration of the upper class in Qin Dynasty and the perishing of the Qin Dynasty.

As a great patriot and pioneer of China s democratic revolution in modern times,the main contribution Sun Yet-sen made to moral education are as follows: stressing moral cultivation,designing systematic contents of moral education,constructing excellent moral spirits,standard,establishing rich moral education methods and putting forward criteria of moral evaluation.

When China s modernization confronts fast development of market,globalization and network,ethic institutionalization and moral cultivation have become two basic ways for building up the morality.

The new-date moral cultivation(MC) in China has been developing.

However,there exist some malpractices in the traditional moral reconstruction,such as unitary tendency of subjective individuals,low moralization efficiency and high cost.

The basic ideas and tendency of “moralization” are the negligence of l aw and its role.

In order to fulfill its deserved value, the individualized ethical education has been constructed in this article on the basis of the relevant analyses on its current background and real connotation by means of Marxist view on individuals.
