黄豆粉中缺乏人体某种必需氨基酸枣蛋氨酸。而芝麻中富含蛋氨酸。为此,可将黄豆粉与芝麻粉末混合,弥补黄豆粉中蛋氨酸的不足,从而大大提高黄豆粉的营养价值。

原料配方 炒黄豆粉21匙 脱脂奶粉7.5匙 砂糖6.5匙 蛋白粉3.5匙 干紫菜粉8.0匙 精盐0.2匙 炒热芝麻末8.3匙 合计55匙

制作方法 将上述混合料混匀后入小袋包装。可作为撒在米饭、面条上的方便营养调料。
