简单瘦身粥:黄豆粥

制法:黄豆 100 克(洗浸泡水中半天),芝麻炒焦研粉(可买现成的芝麻粉,超市有卖) 20 克。先用黄豆煮粥,可加高汤(罐装亦可),粥滚后再加入芝麻粉、盐调味即可。

功用:黄豆含蛋白质 35 %、脂肪 20 %,是含多种维他命及矿物质的硷性食物。黄豆的脂肪有降低胆固醇作用,对动脉硬化、高血压也很有效。

芝麻又称胡麻,《神农本草经》云:“补五脏、益气力、长肌肉、填髓脑、久服轻身不老。”不仅如此,古代文献中还有不少关于芝能强壮抗老传说。据《本草纲目》记载:“刘、阮入天台,遇仙女,食胡麻饮。亦以胡麻同米作饭,为仙家食品矣。”还说“服食胡麻,服至百日,能除一切痼疾,一年身面光泽不饥,二年白发返黑, 三年齿落更生。”所有这些,虽不足信,但与“久服轻身”、“补衰老”的意义是相通的。

此粥具有补肝肾、润五脏、滋润皮肤,使人面色红润光泽、降血脂、血糖、延年益寿等功效作用。
