西安“辇止坡”老童家腊牛羊肉，是用鲜牛羊肉加工而成的一种清
真食品，是陕西省的传统名特产品。它色泽红润，肉质酥松，膘肉分明
，味美香醇，既易消化，又富营养，遐迩闻名。它是佐餐下酒的佳品，
馈赠亲友的上等礼品，也是理想的旅游食品。西安“辇止坡”老童家的
腊牛羊肉店加工生产的“辇止坡牌”、“凤凰牌”腊牛羊肉，1982年被
评为陕西省优质产品，1984年荣获商业部优质名特食品称号。
西安“辇止坡”老童家腊牛羊肉，已有300多年的历史。清代初年
，由西安童氏所创制。当时在西安经营腊牛羊肉的店坊有十余家。童氏
兄弟综合名家之长，改进配制方法，使老童家的产品质量高人一等，居
同行业前茅。原仅生产腊羊肉，近百年又增加腊牛肉制品，故称“老童
家腊牛羊肉”。目前，“辇止坡”老童家腊牛羊肉加工厂生产的辇止坡
