功效 乌豆味甘涩，性平，入肝、肾经，具有滋阴补血、安神、明目、益肝等功效。中医认为：色黑者入肾，从外形看乌豆似肾之状，故对肾气不足、肾虚、头发早白者大有好处。桂圆及大枣都具有调补脾胃的作用。乌豆圆肉红枣汤常食可补肾、润发、乌发，补血安神。
