制作：
1. 取锅煮水至沸腾时，放入鸭肉以中火煮12～15分钟後，捞起待凉备用，煮鸭肉的汤留著备用。
2. 将作法1的鸭肉切片成约0.3公分片状，约5片置於小盘中，加入香菜备用，其他鸭肉切成细丁备用。
3. 将鸭肉细丁加入咸菜末、姜末、葱花、蒜末与调味料1一起搅拌均匀，包入饺子皮中成为饺子。
4. 取锅煮水至沸腾时放入包好的饺子，以中火煮6～8分钟後盛起，以冷水沖泡约 1分钟再捞起沥乾。
5. 将煮鸭肉的高汤再度煮至沸腾，加入调味料2後，放入作法4的饺子即成完鸭肉咸菜汤饺。
10粒水饺份量。
