制法:①将鲈鱼宰杀,去鳞、鳃、内脏,洗净,剁成大块;薏苡米淘洗干净,备用。
②锅内加水适量,放入鲈鱼块、薏苡米煮粥,熟后即成。不加任何调料,温服。
每日1剂,分2次服完,连服5—7天。
功效:鲈鱼有滋补肝肾、健脾利水、强壮筋骨等功效。薏苡米有利水祛湿、健脾补肺等功效。
适应症:脾虚水肿。
