In the process of detection, a new modified two-temperature and multiple PCR was developed from three temperature and regular PCR.
根据多重PCR的技术原理,利用对虾(Penaeus vannamei)白斑综合征病毒和桃拉综合征病毒的基因序列分别设计了两对特异引物,并将常规三温式PCR扩增程序简化为2个温度梯度,建立二温式多重PCR技术用于对虾白斑综合征病毒(White spot syndrome virus,WSSV)和桃拉综合征病毒(Taura syndrome virus,TSV)的复合快速检测。

多重趋一避式动机冲突(multiple ap-P roaeh一avo，dance eonfliet of mot一vation)由同时存在的三种或更多种欲追求或相互对立、性质混杂的事物或目标引起的一种复杂的趋避冲突。人生的每 一个阶段都可能有许多种欲追求和回避的事物或目标，这些事物或目标的性质常常不是单一的:它们可能有积极的一面，但同时又有消极的特点或要求人们为追求它们付出过高的代价:它们既可以令人喜爱，又可能让人们为得到它们而感到不安。同理，某些被人们回避的东西也可能有积极的性质，令人感到弃之可惜。在此情况F，个人就会陷入多重趋一避冲突之中。一些分析表明，多重趋一避冲突往往是下列最常见、也是最难解决的单.一趋避冲突相互交织所致:(l)独亿与依赖的冲突。(2)亲密与分离的冲突。(3)合作与竞争的冲突。(4)冲动的表达与道德标准间的冲突。如果不能找到一种妥善解决办法，这些冲突便可能在某些个体引起严重的心理问题，甚至导致疾病的发生。参见“趋-避冲突”。 (梁宝勇撰牟丈博审)
