淀粉体 amyloplast

根冠细胞、子叶、胚乳、块根和块茎等贮藏组织中,含有贮藏淀粉大颗粒的质体。在多数情况下,这种质体的容积几乎被淀粉粒所占有,几乎没有膜结构(类囊体)和基质(stroma)。与其他质体一样是由原质体转化而来的,从已合成的有机化合物来看,具有形成淀粉的能力,认为这是已经分化的质体。
