材料:
绿豆芽50克 橙子一个 葱段
调味料:
盐香油白醋糖适量
制作:
1、把橙子对半剖开，挖出果肉，橙皮削掉，橙皮上的白膜也打掉，然后切成细丝，豆芽洗净，用开水焯一下；
2、锅内放油，把葱段放在其中加热，一直到葱有胡痕为止，把油滤出备用；
3、豆芽用盐香油白醋糖葱油拌匀,装入挖好的橙壳中,并将橙子挤汁淋在上面即成 。
