材料:

绿豆芽50克 橙子一个 葱段

调味料:

盐香油白醋糖适量

制作:

1、把橙子对半剖开,挖出果肉,橙皮削掉,橙皮上的白膜也打掉,然后切成细丝,豆芽洗净,用开水焯一下;

2、锅内放油,把葱段放在其中加热,一直到葱有胡痕为止,把油滤出备用;

3、豆芽用盐香油白醋糖葱油拌匀,装入挖好的橙壳中,并将橙子挤汁淋在上面即成 。
