A set of diallel crosses involving 6 wheat parents, according to themodel of Griffing Method Ⅱ, was made to study the genetic model of the content of glutenin macropolymer (GMP) in wheat using regression coefficient, Wr±Vr, Wr/Vr regression figure and determining dominance direction.
以 6个小麦亲本材料 ,按照Griffing方法Ⅱ组配一套杂交组合 ,利用回归系数、Wr±Vr、Wr/Vr回归图形及显性方向定位等方法 ,研究了谷蛋白大聚合体 (简称GMP)含量的遗传模型。

Glutenin macropolymer(GMP) consists of high molecular weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS) linked with low molecular weight glutenin subunits via disulphide bonds.
小麦谷蛋白根据分子量大小又可分为高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)和低分子量谷蛋白亚基(LMW-GS)，是谷蛋白大聚合体(GMP)的主要成分。
