By using SSR molecular marker and high-molecular weight subunits of glutenin SDS-PAGE,the wheat cultivars HeNong822 and 8 character-mutant types obtained from the said cultivars induced by EMS,such as dwarf,awnless,dense panicle,clubbed panicle and early flower,were identified.
为给小麦育种提供基础材料,利用SSR技术和高分子量麦谷蛋白SDS-PAGE对由EMS诱导河农822获得的矮秆、短芒、密穗、棒状穗、早熟等8个小麦性状变异株进行鉴定。
