认知，建法(eognitive restrueturingaPProaehes)由行为治疗概念中发展出来的一组治疗方法，其总的目标是通过改变病人的认知、思想和意象活动来达到矫正病人不合理行为的目的。这一组治疗方法包括理性情绪疗法(E 1115，A.)、自我指导训练和认知行为疗法(M。iehenbaum，D.)、认知疗法(B eck，A.T.)和个人建构疗法(K elly，G.A.)。此外，认知重建法同应付技巧干预和问题解决干预等也有密切的联系。所有这些方法都可归入作为行为治疗的两大派别或方向之一的认知行为治疗之中。这些方法的共同特点是重视问题行为、情感障碍之产生和治疗改变中的认知中介因素的重要作用，认为治疗者要想改变病人的适应不良行为，首先必须改变决定这种行为的认知和认识结构。因此在行为治疗中，针对病人认识活动的措施和由实验研究中派生出来的行为矫正方法都是重要的。至于如何改变病人的认知和认知结构，各种疗法都有自己的独特方法和侧重。马奥尼(Mahoney，M.J.)认为，这组方法的特征是“它们都承认认知过程的重要性和实验方法有重要作用”。可见，认知调整法包含了几乎所有的认知治疗，其意义和作为一类心理治疗总称的认知治疗是相同的。 (徐俊觅梁宝勇撰牟丈博审)
