To prepare a fast wet-out,internally plasticizing binder for flexible E-glass fiber chopped strand mat,researches were made on both formulation and synthesizing technology.

This article introduces the equipment and technology for producing glass fiber chopped strand mat(CSM)by describing the key process parameters and main equipment units in the whole process, including the mat-forming section, binder section, oven section, wind-up section and line speed regulation.
