用料:
鲜桃200克,鸡蛋4个,精盐5克,料酒15克,化猪油适量,红樱桃(可用罐头代替)数粒。
制作方法:
1.鲜桃洗净,在开水中略烫,去皮、核后切成绿豆大小的丁,放入小盆内。
2.把鸡蛋磕入装桃丁的盆内搅匀。净锅入化猪油上火,倒入调好的桃丁,调入精盐、料酒翻炒、直至炒熟成块时,起锅装盘即成。
特点:
鲜嫩、味美、老少皆宜。
