A new process for treatment of spent grains liquor of corn alcohol was proposed, that is: spent liquor of alcohol was fermented directly by the selected bacteria, after the solid-liquid separation of the ferment liquid, the dry lees was dried to become a kind of high quality protein feed, then the supernatant fluid was reused.
