英文名：Aciclovir

别名：无环鸟苷、无环鸟嘌呤等。
主要成分：阿昔洛韦。
药理作用：抗病毒药。本品在体内可转变成三磷酸无环鸟苷，干扰单疱病毒脱氧核糖核酸聚合酶，抑制病毒DNA的复制。对细胞的DNA聚合酶也有作用，但程度轻。口服吸收差（15％）。
适应证：对单纯疱疹、带状疱疹，尤其性病－生殖器疱疹有良好的治疗作用。尚可用于治疗乙型肝炎。
禁忌证：对本品过敏者禁用。
用法用量：外用软膏：6次/日，涂药覆盖全部患处，连续用药7～10天。
不良反应：外用有发红、痒感、刺痛等。
注意事项：①外用剂型不可入眼。②遮光处密闭保存。
