【原料】

萝卜500克，辣椒油1汤匙，香油1汤匙，酱油10克，盐、味精、花椒油各适量。

【制作过程】

1、将萝卜洗净，切成细丝，用少许盐将萝卜丝拌匀，腌5分钟左右，将水挤干，把萝卜丝放入盘中待用。 2、将酱油、辣椒油、香油、盐、味精、花椒油倒在一起勾兑成调味汁，浇在萝卜丝上，拌匀即可。
