材料
驴肉·350 克 陈皮·2 克 草果·2 克 香叶·1 克 桂皮·2 克 大料·2 克 丁香·1 克
调料
酱油·1 大匙 精盐·2 小匙 冰糖·适量 味精·1/2小匙
做法
1.驴肉洗净备用；香料洗净沥水；
2.往汤锅里加水、盐、味精、酱油、冰糖，煮开后即成酱汤，再加入陈皮、草果等香料煮30 分钟左右；
3.把驴肉投入酱汤中煮熟后捞出，可以切片直接食用，也可以用新鲜辣椒拌炒。
特点：色泽红润，肉质鲜嫩。
