性质:这是一种连续培养发酵罐,混合发酵液所需之功率,系由一台多相泵来提供。操作时,多相泵从发酵罐内抽出醪液,然后经空气吸入器再返回发酵罐。图示为一工业规模之深层喷射发酵罐。其时,部分通气的培养基由多相泵经醪液冷却器再进入高位空气吸入器,然后,空气-培养基混合物以高速进入,通入一锥形口,并在发酵罐内造成湍动;2/3的废气由发酵罐顶部排出,余下的1/3则通过多相泵后逸出。这种发酵罐已在工业上用于以乳清发酵生产酵母。
