：茶叶少许，生姜几片去皮水煎，饭后饮服。可发汗解表，温肺止咳，对流感、伤寒、咳嗽等疗效显。饭后饮用姜茶，有发汗解表、温肺止咳的功效，有利于治疗流感、伤寒、咳嗽。
姜茶也是英国人喜欢的饮料，和中国人治感冒的姜汤差不多。
英国的姜茶做法非常简单，只要泡茶的时候放上一节鲜姜，然后加糖焖上十多分钟，姜茶就做好了。
姜茶只对风寒感冒有效，对风热感冒喝了反而会加重症状。
风寒感冒和风热感冒区别最简单的方法是：风寒感冒头不痛，口不渴，嗓子不疼，无痰涕或痰涕都是清的；风热感冒就是有头痛，嗓痛，口渴，咳脓痰，流脓涕这样。
风寒感冒从中医来说是风寒外袭，而生姜是热性的，主辛散，可以驱散外邪，所以有效。
但风热感冒就是实邪内阻了，喝姜茶反而加重症状。
