应用超临界CO2萃取同一品种生姜的带皮姜、去皮姜、姜皮姜油,采用GC-MS联用技术分离鉴定其中的化学组成,并计算其相对含量。

材料：鸡(整只，约一斤半）
配料：沙姜，大蒜，美极鲜酱油，盐
做法：
1、鸡洗净，沥水，用盐抹匀鸡身，鸡腔，用美极鲜酱油腌
2、沙姜拍扁，和大蒜一起放于电饭煲中，取一两根大蒜放于鸡腔内，鸡放进电饭煲，酱油也倒进去
3、按煮饭功能键，待电饭煲自动跳至保温即可
ps：为防止粘底，途中需多次翻动鸡
