材料:
中虾八两,蒜茸两茶匙(二至四粒)。
调味:
牛油少许,盐1/4茶匙
制法:
(1)中虾剪去须及脚洗净,抹干水,排在碟上。
(2)蒜茸放在虾上可涂上少许牛油,盐1/4茶匙。
(4)用高温蒸四分钟。
